The Brazil-China Business and Trade Promotion Chamber (CPNCBC) was present at one of the most relevant events for the protection and technology sector in Asia: the 2024 China Security Enterprises Going Global Summit Forum, held in Beijing.

Participation in the forum highlights the Chamber’s move to align with the internationalization guidelines of Chinese companies, positioning Brazil as a key interlocutor in this process.

For this strategic mission, CPNCBC was represented by a high-level delegation from its Jinan agency. The group was composed of Mr. Li Zhen (Agency Director), Mr. Xiaodong Hao (Agency President), and Dr. Bin Hao, a lawyer from the renowned Shandong Jointide (Jinan) Law Firm and Vice-President of CPNCBC in the region.

Institutional and Legal Strengthening

The composition of the delegation—uniting executive leadership and legal expertise—demonstrates the seriousness with which the Chamber treats bilateral cooperation.

The presence of Dr. Bin Hao, in particular, signals the importance of legal certainty and understanding the regulatory landscape to enable robust international partnerships between Chinese security companies and the Brazilian market.

The event served as a platform to align strategies on how companies in the sector can expand their operations globally (the “Going Global” strategy). By marking an institutional presence, CPNCBC ensures that Brazil is on the radar of these initiatives, facilitating dialogue between Asian players and national demands.

Expansion on the International Stage

The Chamber’s participation in the Beijing summit was not merely ceremonial, but a deliberate step towards expanding the Brazilian presence in the international security scenario.

The meeting reinforced CPNCBC’s commitment to strengthening institutional relations, ensuring that the bridge between the two countries remains solid and active in sectors of high complexity and technology.
