Security, technology, and innovation were at the center of the strategic agenda promoted by the Brazil-China Business and Trade Promotion Chamber (CPNCBC) in São Paulo.

The meeting gathered representatives from the China Security and Protection Industry Association (CSPIA) and the advisor to the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Igor Marchesini, for a technical dialogue on the modernization of urban infrastructure.

The meeting focused on deepening opportunities for technological cooperation between the two countries. Distinct from purely commercial agendas, this meeting prioritized knowledge exchange regarding critical digital infrastructure, addressing themes such as the implementation of robust Data Centers and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the efficient management of large metropolises.

Innovation and Smart Development

During the discussions, the participants analyzed how Chinese solutions in public security and data processing can contribute to Brazilian challenges. The Smart Development agenda was highlighted, exploring how the integration of advanced systems can improve the public sector’s response and optimize resources.

The event strengthened the bilateral exchange in innovation, reaffirming CPNCBC’s role in connecting Brazil’s infrastructure demands with China’s technological expertise. The rapprochement with the Ministry of Finance and sectoral entities like CSPIA signals progress in building partnerships that aim not only for security but for the operational intelligence of Brazilian cities.
