CPNCBC Code of Conduct

The CPNCBC Code of Conduct establishes the principles and rules of behavior expected of all members of the Brazil-China Chamber of Business and Trade Promotion. CPNCBC will provide adequate and secure channels for reporting unethical practices, ensuring confidentiality, protection against retaliation, and impartial investigation of the facts.

Sanctions

Non-compliance with the Code of Conduct may result in sanctions ranging from warnings to suspension or expulsion of the member from the Chamber, depending on the seriousness of the conduct.
